We are saddened to recently find out about the passing of our old buddy Dave. We all kind of grew up together in South Bound Brook. I shared a birthday with him and also the love of Trucks. Dave and Rich always brought a smile to my Dads face whenever they stopped by our yard. He always enjoyed their projects and antics and truly appreciated their respect for him, as they always called him "Mr Stamile". Even thought he was a twin, he really was one of a kind and will be deeply missed. Our condolences to his Family and friends, Vince and Rick. Stamile Truck Parts .

Dear Laura and family, I just learned of Dave’s untimely passing and I just wanted to offer my most sincere condolences. I watched the tribute video I laughed so hard when I saw that sign that he put on the gate about the town of Kingwood it brought me back to the days when I worked for him out of the Somerset yard and he had his battles with the town and put up that piece of plywood that said very much the same thing I’ll never forget how mad he was when they took that sign from him never seen him that mad. I could go on for days about the man Dave was but I’ll try to keep it short and sweet he was always very good to me but the one thing that stands out the most is when I was having trouble at home he put his hand on my shoulder looked me straight in the eye and said you know if your parents throw you out you’re coming here right !! that meant so much because I knew he meant it 100% anybody that knew him knew full well if Dave said he was going to do something he did it, so now because of who he was I not only had a job but a place to go if I needed it. I know I thanked him multiple times for the offer but it just seems like no words could ever express the gratitude I have for him and everything that he did for me. I was just a kid but I hope I made him some money working for him. Laura or whomever did the video beautiful job the picture with him standing there with the coffee mug that said I love my cat definitely summarized his love for animals perfectly to me I remember well all of the cats and the geese and of course the chickens back in Somerset. I attached a Native American poem I hope it brings comfort to all who have the time to read it. Dave, while you may never know how you made a difference in the lives of everyone who is lucky enough to know you I wanted to say thank you for being the man you were. Rest In Peace my friend!
