I am so saddened to now hear of Dave's passing. I had the privilege to practice law with Dave, and to get to know him personally, while at the Lindabury firm for five years in the early 1990s. Always a warm smile and a chuckle. He was an outstanding lawyer and a true professional. One of the nicest people I have met in practicing law for more than 30 years. Very lucky to have known him. My deepest condolences to his family, and to the family of the Lindabury firm. Timothy Lyons

My heart goes out to your family and I hope that you will take comfort in your many memories of David. I did not know him well, but I looked forward to the pleasure of seeing him at our regular board meetings every month. He was always kind to me, and he will be greatly missed.

My deepest condolences to family & friends. It's never easy to go through these times, it only helps to remember all the amazing moments that were shared. I never had the pleasure to meet him in person but I did professionally send him letters and messages as representation of our company for his work and you can tell how trusted he was based on professional interactions. May we continue speaking all positive that happened because of his presence (Revelation. 21:4)

My sympathies to Cornelia and family for the loss of our dear friend David. I first met him many years ago when he became our counselor for the Kingwood Township Planning Board. From the first day it was obvious that not only was he a highly skilled lawyer but he cared deeply about Kingwood and it’s future. With a smile on his face, never temperamental, he was always there for everyone around him. We are now there in remembrance of him and.holding his family in the light.
