Billy was my best friend from college days on. We were able to pick up a conversation whether it was a month or years past. I was fortunate to have visited him in November 2021. He led a joyous life. He will be missed.

To Billy's Family & Friends: There are no words to describe the shock our extended family here in Canada & the U.S. experienced with this terrible news. Every time over a period of 20+ years that I visited my late brother in NYC, I would always make a point to set up a visit with Billy. He always made himself available to see Kenny and I which I was so grateful for. He was a kind and gentle soul with a wicked sense of humour. We will all miss him.
