Beatrice Boriek, 81, of the Three Bridges section of Readington Township, died on Friday, February 11, 2005 at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Township, NJ. She was born on July 23, 1923 in Somerville, NJ, the daughter of the late Edward and Katherine Diesbusky and lived in Readington Township since 1950. Following her retirement as a Registered Nurse employed by the Flemington Medical Group she remained active in the community by volunteering at the Flemington Food Pantry. Her husband Anthony J. Boriek and her daughter Abby Fredrickson pre-deceased her. She is survived by two sons, Mark Boriek of Flemington, NJ, Joel Boriek of Frenchtown, NJ and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be private under the direction of the Robert L. Ford Funeral Home, #38 Highway 31, Flemington, NJ. Memorial contributions may be made to Hunterdon Hospice, 2100 Wescott Drive, Flemington, NJ 08822.
