Emma V. DeMario, 87, of Flemington, NJ, died on Thursday, February 24, 2005 at the Hunterdon Care Center in Raritan Township. She was born on November 28, 1917 in Baltimore, MD, the daughter of the late John and Mimi Beecher and lived in San Jose, CA before moving to Flemington in 1998. Until her retirement she was a sales person employed by Kresge Department Store, Baltimore, MD. Her husband, John DeMario pre-deceased her in 1997. She is survived by two daughters, Rose DeMario and her partner Irene Dunger of Flemington, NJ and Debbie Townsend and her husband William of Los Banos, CA; three sisters, Mary Hammon, Alma Eigan and Margaret Deise all of Maryland and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 28, 2005 at 8:00 p.m. in the Robert L. Ford Funeral Home, #38 Highway 31, Flemington, NJ. Interment will be private. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. until time of service.
