Hilda C. Lorenz, 59, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Monday, July 21, 2003 at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Township, NJ. She was born on September 1, 1943 in Yugoslavia, the daughter of Teresa Rothgeber Liebzeit and the late Joseph Liebzeit and immigrated to the United States in 1950, living in Irvington, NJ before moving to Raritan Township in 1973. Mrs. Lorenz was a homemaker and a parishioner of St. Magdalen’s Church, Flemington. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Bruno Lorenz; her mother, Teresa Trosin of Union, NJ; a son, Andrew Lorenz of Raritan Township, NJ; a daughter, Erika Taylor of Raritan Township, NJ; and a brother, Anton Liebzeit of Staatsburg, NY. A memorial mass was held on Thursday, July 24, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Magdalen’s Church, 105 Mine Street, Flemington. Interment will be private under the direction of the Robert L. Ford Funeral Home, #38 Highway 31, Flemington, NJ. There will be no calling hours at the funeral home.
