Judith Nancy Ubel, age 82 years, longtime Delaware Township, NJ resident, died on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Doylestown Hospital, Doylestown, PA.
Born in Clinton Township, NJ, August 22, 1935, daughter of the late Ivo Otto Motz and the late Elsa Tina (nee: Feige) Motz, she was a lifelong resident of Hunterdon County.
Anyone who knew Judith, will know that this life legacy will be kept simple based on the fact that if you knew her and the Ubel clan, you already know how amazing a person she was and the legacy that she leaves for all to cherish.
She embodied the word “mother” and was a rock for her entire family. A mentor to all, her guidance will still be ever-present in the lives of her family and friends.
A 1953 graduate of Flemington High School, she went on to become a Supervisor at Hunterdon Developmental Center for over twenty-five years, where her caring and selfless love shone through each and every day. She loved animals and always had a menagerie on her farm; from alpacas to raccoons, and from deer to kittens, all were welcome in her home. An avid bowler, Judith also spent many wonderful days at Hunterdon Lanes, Frenchtown, NJ.
Surviving are her loving children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brother, and many dear friends.
