Katherine Cywinski, 90, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Monday, October 27, 2003 at her home. She was born on May 16, 1913 in Jersey City, NJ, the daughter of the late Dymtri and Mary (Besink) Sydlar and lived in Jersey City until moving to Raritan Township in 1973. She was a homemaker and a parishioner of St. Magdalen’s Church, Flemington. She deeply loved her family. Her husband Stanley Cywinski died in 1968. She is survived by two daughters, Katherine Glashoff of Raritan Township, NJ and Patricia Walker of Glen Gardner, NJ; a son, Charles Cywinski of Raritan Township, NJ; a brother, Thomas Sydlar of Jersey City, NJ; two sisters, Anna Zurawlow of Bridgewater, NJ and Stella Lombardi of Secaucus, NJ; and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 31, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. in the Robert L. Ford Funeral Home, #38 Highway 31, Flemington, NJ. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, October 30, 2003 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m.
