Lucille Berry, age 90, of Ringoes (Raritan Township), NJ, died Tuesday, December 6, 2011, at the Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, NJ. She was born on October 1, 1921, in Newark, NJ the daughter of the late James and Rose (Dicangi) Lipani and lived in Wayne, NJ for many years before moving to Ringoes in 1996. An accomplished jazz musician she played piano and accordion and taught piano for many years. She was a communicant of St. Magdalen’s Church in Flemington. She was predeceased by her husband Carl Berry in 1998. Surviving are her son Carl Berry of Ringoes, NJ with whom she lived; a brother, Joseph Lipani of North Arlington, NJ and a sister, Marie Larsen of Acton, Mass. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 9, 2011 at 10am in the Robert L. Ford Funeral Home, #38 Highway 31, Flemington, NJ. Calling hours will be held Friday morning from 9am until time of service. Entombment will follow in St. Magdalen s Mausoleum, Flemington, NJ.
