Arlene Marie Tripus, age 75 years, of Kingwood Township, NJ, died on Friday, August 7, 2015 in the the Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.
Born in Manhattan, NY, April 25, 1940, daughter of the late William and Alice Slogick Datzek, she had resided in Kingwood Township for the past fifteen years, having formerly lived in Readington Township, NJ.
Arlene was best known as the Co-Owner & Operator of the Flemington Coffee Shop, Flemington, NJ.
A loving wife and cherished mother and grandmother, she loved living life and many of her favorite trips were to the Sands Casino.
She was married for over forty years to her husband, John F. “Skip” Tripus, who survives her. She also leaves to cherish her memory a daughter and son-in-law, Allison Tripus and Raymond Kearney and her granddaughter, Kaytlyn Jones, all of Kingwood Township, NJ; and many friends, including her beloved dogs and cats.
Funeral Services and Interment are private under the care of Wright & Ford Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 38 State Highway 31, Flemington, NJ.
