Arthur “Artie” Anthony Luberto, age 53 years, of Readington Township, NJ, died on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 in Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

Born in Englewood, NJ, November 3, 1963, son of Katherine D’Alessio Luberto of Readington Township, NJ and the late William Francis Luberto, Artie had resided in Readington Township for the past year, having formerly lived in Phillipsburg, NJ.

He formerly was owner and operator of Dan-Ville Trucking, Warren County, NJ.

A strong-willed man who had a big heart, Artie was an avid fisherman. He also enjoyed NASCAR and was a fan of the New York Giants. His zest for living life to its fullest will not soon be forgotten.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Daniel Wilson Luberto of Washington, D.C.; his brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Silvana Luberto; two nieces; Siana and Mikayla Luberto; his former wife, Holly Luberto; and many friends.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at Wright & Ford Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 38 State Highway 31, Flemington, NJ 08822.

Cremation at Ewing Crematory, Ewing Township, NJ, was private.

I can't tell you how sorry I am to hear of Arthur's passing. Though many years had passed since we had spoken, he has always been in my heart. I am blessed that we connected recently on Facebook and that we had the chance to chat a little on line. My thoughts and prayers are with you all in this difficult time. Arthur has a good heart and he was loved by many. May the Lord Bless and watch over him and your family.

Hi my name is Eric. I just want to start off by saying how deeply sorry I am for your loss. I can't even imagine what you're feeling. I know sometimes when dealing with great emotion it might be difficult to say something that might actually console a grieved relative or friend, but what I take solace is what the Holy Scriptures tell us about the future hope held out for our deceased loved ones. In Revelations 21:3,4 it speaks about a time when mourning and even death will be no more. Coupled with John 5:28,29- where Jesus himself speak about a resurrection and you can begin to see the awesome implications for your dear departed loved one. I hope these scriptures bring you measure of relief as they did me.

Katherin I know I have not kept in touch like I should, but I want you to know I am very sorry about Artie. We always had so much fun in the store and I have always missed that. He was a wonderful person and I am so sorry. Prayers and loving thoughts to all.
