Brian John Lippincott, age 41 years, of Flemington, NJ, died peacefully on Sunday, August 13, 2023, at Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ, surrounded by his loving family after a three month valiant battle against multiple myeloma and leukemia.
Born on November 21, 1981, at Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ, son of Debra Baker Adams and John Harold Lippincott, Brian was a lifelong area resident.
A true, “Jack of All Trades” with a huge heart, Brian was the guy who gave the shirt off his back to anyone he met; it can truly be said that he never met a stranger.
He enjoyed antiquing and flea markets, as well as watching movies, especially comedies, while spending time at home with family and friends. He was also a phenomenal chef and there was not one thing he created which was not loved by all who were fortunate enough to get a taste!
Though his life was cut tragically short, the strength with which he faced and navigated the past three months is his legacy to all who were lucky enough to call him a friend.
Brian is survived by his mother and her husband, Debra Adams and Jose Castro; his father, John Lippincott; his wife, Melissa Dunzik; his sister, who was his best friend, Lisa Lippincott and her partner, Ryan Crane; his nephew, Jeffrey Crane; his aunt and uncle, Patricia and Eric Ericson; his cousins, Kyle Ericson, and Colleen and Ryan O’Hara; his feline companion, Frank; several extended family members; and many dear friends.
