Dear Ms. Giordano, I am so sad that I couldn't find you before this...so close. I am a former HGHS student who was headed towards a bad end and your intervention and faith in me was the difference. Heaven will welcome you.

Dear Al, David, and Mark, My deepest condolences on the loss of Camille. I just had a good cry after receiving your letter, Al. I loved her beyond measure. She was my 4th grade teacher in 1964 for a half year. Another teacher became ill and Camille was switched to the 7th grade for the remainder of the year. We all cried our eyeballs out when that happened. At the end of the school year we found out that Camille would be our 5th grade teacher in the new school year. That was the only time in my life that I wanted to go back to school in July! She was a wonderful, warm, caring, teacher and person. We kept in touch all these years and I am very saddened by her death. I often thought of arranging a get together especially when you would visit Virginia. I am sorry that we didn't do that. I know that you feel the loss tremendously. God bless you all, Janet

My Sister-in-Law Camille was a very special lady to have captured my brother’s heart. Their love for each other was apparent in every glance. Together they raised two wonderful and accomplished sons, an attorney and a doctor. David & Mark have beautiful wives and children of their own. I’m sure Camille was very proud of them as we all are. She will be missed by the entire family. May she rest in peace.

Nothing can express our sorrow at the passing of Camille who in her life provided so much to so many individuals, as the dedication Al and her family and friends provided in the last few years of her life, which showed no limits. George and I love you, Al and will be there for you. Roeemarie Helm and George Wessels

To camille's family- I knew Camille professionally as she taught many of my former students at the middle school. She was an inspiration to many of the District's English teachers; and her enthusiasm and energy influenced so many of her students.
