Suzy Solberg Nagle left a message on June 24, 2023:
Edward Vogel was a successful entrepreneur who created a fabulous addition to Readington Township with the creation of a 151 home /18-hole golf course. Plus, Ed and his wife Barbara raised a lovely, caring, and focused daughter Liz. I used to see Ed Vogel at the Readington Township Committee meetings. Ed quipped, “If I am here in the audience, the Readington Township Committee does not talk about the golf course.” We both shared a laugh. Fortunately , I convinced Ed to have his daughter Liz look at 5 Clubhouse Drive. Liz and Darren purchased this property next to mine which gave me a better opportunity to know and appreciate what a fine man Ed Vogel was. Our deepest condolences to the family with the loss of their exceptionally positive husband, father, father-in-law, and grandfather. Suzy Solberg Nagle
Tim & Nancy Czarny and Jackie & Bob Mello left a message on June 23, 2023:
Dear "Aunt" Barb and Family, Our hearts and prayers are with you in this time of sorrow. "Uncle" Ed (as we came to know him through the VanCleef family) was truly very special and we are grateful for the blessing of having known him. We warmly remember the many lunches we shared together at Country Classics, our long talks, and of course, all of the social events we shared with both of you. We will never forget what a true gentleman Ed always was and how he really listened with genuine interest no matter the subject or person to whom he spoke. We know it has been a difficult road these past few years and how sorely he is now missed by so many. With loving and sincere condolences, Tim & Nancy Czarny and Jackie & Bob Mello

On behalf of me and my family, we send our condolences to you and your loved ones on the loss of your father. Losing a parent is difficult, but remember that his spirit lives on forever in your heart and the souls of you and your children, and eventually your children's children. May he rest in peace. --Sharon Rednor
