Grace Agnes Platt, age 74 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died on Friday, December 4, 2020 at Hunterdon Medical Center, Raritan Township, NJ.

A complete life legacy will be forthcoming.

Her husband of forty-two years, Leroy B. Platt, Sr., died in 2011.

Surviving is her son, Leroy B. Platt, Jr.; and many extended family members and friends.

Complete life celebration services and interment will be announced under the care and direction of Wright & Ford Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 38 State Highway 31, Flemington, NJ.

Our deepest condolences to the family & friends of Grace Platt, during this most difficult time. Grace was such a great friend. I’ve spent time at her house, watching TV. I will definitely miss the times that we shared & our talks about our families & the moments we both shared. Not only was Grace our next door neighbor, and the property manager (who we gave our rent money to, she gave the rent money to our landlord, Carl). Grace spoke highly of her son Lee, her family & her friends. We will miss & love our great friend Grace, so very much. Our hearts go out to her family & friends. Our deepest sympathies, Kathy & Allan Danley❤️???????

My Aunt Grace was just about as close as you could get to being an Angel on this earth. She showed me how to love and how to forgive. We will miss her here but we will see her in glory, Praise God!

Faamalie atu mo lou leiloa, Ms Grace was called home to the Heavens. I will always cherish our chats and laughs. And I will never ever forget you.
