John J. Wieczerak, 83, of Randolph, NJ, died on Tuesday, November 12, 2002 at the St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA. He was born on April 3, 1919 in Brooklyn, NY, the son of the late Frank and Salomea Malcynski Wieczerak and lived in Flemington before moving to Ringoes in 1958 and then to Randolph last year. Until his retirement he was a Principal Construction Engineer employed by the State of NJ Division of Building, Trenton, NJ. Mr. Wieczerak was a parishioner of St. Magdalen’s Church, Flemington, and a member and Past Master of the Grandview Grange #124, Flemington. His first wife Susan Wieczerak died in 1993. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Veres-Wieczerak; one stepson Michael M. Veres of Hackettstown, NJ; one stepdaughter Patricia L. Veres of Dover, NJ; one brother, Stanley Sasor of Flemington, NJ; three sisters, Florence Athey of Eatontown, NJ, Sophie Biel of High Point, NC, and Adell Stewart of Tucson, AZ; and eight nieces and nephews. The funeral will begin on Monday, November 18, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. from the Robert L. Ford Funeral Home, #38 Highway 31, Flemington, NJ to celebrate the Funeral Liturgy at 10:00 a.m. in St. Magdalen’s Church, Flemington. Interment will follow in St. Magdalen’s Cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday, November 17, 2002 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
