I’m so sorry for your loss. I only really got to know Joyce over the past 2 years as her hairdresser. I really enjoyed our time together and talks we had. She will be missed but never forgotten’ ❤️

My daughter and I met Joyce and Nanci through Njoy Yourself. It wasn't long before we thought of them almost like family. It went from "Let's go to Njoy Yourself" to "Let's go see Joyce and Nanci." Never have there been two more beautiful, loving people. I remember a few years back being nervous about an operation i needed. It was Joyce who was comforting and made me feel better. Every time I look at my family decor, especially during the holidays, I think of them with a smile. Losing Joyce can bring a tear, but you have to smile when you think how beautifully heaven is now decorated. Knowing you sweet lady was a honor.

Nanci I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Joyce. I remember the day you started your business and we became neighbors. So many fun days. I recall how much time you two spent together. You were virtually inseparable. May all your wonderful memories comfort you during this heartbreaking time. Your old neighbor Phones & More

I remember the first time I entered the shop. Joyce and Nanci were so lovely and welcoming; warm and caring. Whenever I needed to feel human I would run to Enjoy Yourself. The world is a sadder place without Joyce. Nanci and family there are no words that will take away the sorrow. Right now when you remember Joyce, you cry and then smile. The day will come when you remember her and the smile and laughter will come first. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Please accept my deepest and heartfelt sympathy in the passing of Joyce. Joyce, you are a loved soul, both in this place and in the Eternal city in which you now reside. Your light continues to shine bright in our lives. Though apart, you will always live on in our hearts, our minds and in our souls. We know that life does not end at the grave; our souls, like yours, will live on. How, then, do we accept the reality of your death? By remembering your goodness and by shaping our lives after that goodness. Your bright flame is aglow within each one of us who remain because Joyce no good thing ever dies. God be with us and provide us the strength and courage to do the work each one of us were sent here to do. Please remember us and meet us as we find ourselves on that distant shore someday. Now in the arms of the angels, rest in Heavenly peace. Sheryl Dear

Where does one begin to express the sympathy for Joyce’s family with her untimely passing? Joyce was a wonderful human being, her smile lit up the room, she always had a twinkle in her eyes, she was kind and let her friends know that they were important to her. She radiated warmth and energy, and she will surely be missed. I met Joyce and Nanci at their wonderful shop more than 34 years ago, when I happened to wander in with my mother. Through the years they became my refuge- the place that I went to when my spirit needed a boost. I could count on Joyce's smile and warm greeting. She became a friend. Her loss is shocking and shattering. I am a better person for having known her.
