Kathryn Ann Teeling, 64, passed away on May 3, 2023, in Readington, NJ.

She was born on September 6, 1958, in Somerville, NJ, to Thomas and Louise Stabile. Kathryn is predeceased by her beloved parents and her brother, Kenneth.

Kathryn and her husband, William, were high school sweethearts and were married for over 41 years. Kathryn earned a degree in social work from Douglass College and began pursuing her Master’s degree before choosing to stay home and raise children. She found joy in caring for her family and providing a loving home, which was often a hub for extended family and friends. Kathryn was a true animal lover, donating to national and local charities and caring for the family’s pets, including dogs and cats.

Her children would look forward to celebrating the holidays with a meticulously decorated house and piles of cookies that would quickly disappear. Her cheesecake was also a mainstay at family gatherings, and she shared the recipe with a lucky few.

Kathryn was known for her deep love for her family, who meant more to her than anything else in the world. In the last year, seeing her grandson grow brought her tremendous joy.

Kathryn will be deeply missed by her surviving family, including her husband, William (Bill) Teeling, her sister, Sandra Moss, her children, Billy Teeling (Tierney) and Kelly Teeling (Chris Poole), and her grandson, Nathaniel Poole. She will also be remembered fondly by extended family who, though saddened by her passing, are better for having Kathryn in their lives.

Life celebration services and cremation are private under the care and direction of Wright & Ford Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 38 State Highway 31, Flemington, NJ.

I have so many fond memories of Kathy from kindergarten through high school. I remember sleep overs and swims in her beautiful pool. Today, I live around the corner from Kathy's childhood home and to this day I still think of her when I drive by. Condolences to the family and Kathy RIP. Fondly, Bridget
