Luis Estuardo Rivera-Silva, age 89 years, of Raritan Township, NJ, died peacefully on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at his home.
Born in Latacunga, Ecuador, December 11, 1931, he was the son of the late Gabriel River and Ricardina Silva. He had formerly lived in Rutherford, NJ, prior to moving to Raritan Township several years ago.
Surviving are his cherished wife, Maria Ines Huerta; his seven children, Amparito, Francis, Fabian, Jessica, Eduardo, Ximena, and Gisella; fourteen grandchildren; and many extended family in the United States and Ecuador.
Due to the pandemic and current limitations on gathering, Luis will be laid to rest privately under the care and direction of Wright & Ford Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 38 State Highway 31, Flemington, NJ.
