Margaret Calabro

September 22, 1938 - August 26, 2023

Margaret Calabro of Hopelawn, New Jersey was born on September 22, 1938, and passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 84. She lived in Hopelawn (Woodbridge Township) for most of her life. She graduated from Woodbridge Senior High School. She was preceded in death by her parents, Domenick and Catherine Calabro who she lovingly cared for. Also, she was preceded in death by her four siblings: Grace Kepics, Frank Calabro; Paul Calabro and Marie Huttenberger.

She was a beloved aunt to nine nieces and nephews and their spouses: John Huttenberger (deceased); Jim Huttenberger; (spouse, Lynette;) Ron Kepics (deceased); Randy Huttenberger; (spouse, Amaya); Linda Scolaro; (spouse, Anthony); Gary Calabro; (spouse, Maureen) Rick Calabro; (spouse, April); Carl Huttenberger, Jr.; James Calabro (spouse, Mitzi). She is survived by 18 grandnieces and grandnephews. She was a mother to all.

Margaret enjoyed working and was employed in retail for E. J. Korvette Department stores and Lloyd’s Electronics as an office/filing administrative support clerk. Her most recent job was in the Facilities/Maintenance department of Middlesex County College, where she enjoyed supporting the grounds of the Middlesex campus until her retirement.

Margaret was a devoted daughter and aunt. She loved the Lord and was very dedicated to her faith. Her beautiful smile and generous heart touched all. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SYMPATHY We know our Aunt Marge is in a better place. We miss her daily. She comes to mind everyday i leave work as if I need to stop to see her. We can all say she was fun. Our children always had fun with her. She was a great Aunt and loving person. we know she is in the paradise of God!, again your memories and thoughts are appreciated.

So sorry to hear of the passing of our dear Cousin Margie. She was so kind and always had a smile for everyone. She has earned her reward.
