Meredith Hamilton, age 47 years, of Ballston Spa, NY, died tragically on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.

Family and friends will gather on Sunday, December 03, 2023, from 10:30 a.m.- Noon in the Chapel of Wright & Ford Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 38 State Highway 31, Flemington, NJ.

A Life Celebration service will follow the gathering at the funeral home beginning at Noon, and to which all are welcome.

If you are unable to attend, but would like something read on your behalf, please click HERE to send an email to the funeral home.

Interment will be private.

You are encouraged to visit Meredith’s permanent life celebration site at www.wrightfamily.com to light a candle of hope, leave messages of condolence, share words of comfort and recollection, and post photographs of her life.
