I've known Bob since about 2010 when I made my first trek to Corvettes at Carlisle with another friend of Bob's and since then we shared many stories and he always made light of any trouble we ran into. He first introduced me to the "Duct Tape" waterproofing of the early Corvettes. Quite a sight to behold. Bob always took care of making reservation for our events and arranging other cruises with our cars. My sincere condolence to his family who will miss him dearly as we will miss a good friend. Rest in Peace Bob.

Tom and Bobbi Hope left a message on August 7, 2024:
Bob and I were friends for 50 plus years. Knowing him was my privilege and honor. No matter what life sent his way he never whined or complained, he simply found strength, made a plan and went forward never looking back. The first time Bobbi and I visited him during his stay at Moss Rehab it was quite a shock, as his condition was worse than we expected. It was that day he became one of my personal heroes, and trust me that distinction holds a very high bar for me. He never gave up on his recovery. He never gave up on his family. He never gave up on his friends. We will truly miss him.

The best neighbor that one could hope for... can't say enough good things about Bob. We lived next door to the Geis family for 10 years and if there was anything going wrong on Mountain Road, Bob was the problem solver. When my husband was disabled, he stepped up hugely. You will be missed by everyone who knew you my friend.
Carolyn Viola left a message on August 4, 2024:
Dearest Kim, I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. My heart aches with you and your beloved family. Bob was such a good man and certainly your clever and loving rock of support. I remember a few years back without a moment of hesitation in subzero temps in the evening he appeared at our driveway with his snow plow when we returned from vacation. He saved the day for us so we could get access to our house after an unexpected snow and ice storm! That's a great neighbor who also modeled a legacy of living life fully: abundant in his devoted love of family and family of friends, in his many career achievements, in his love of nature and care for the environment, and in showing kindness to ALL!
